1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Facijo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Facijo provides chrome restoration, engine tuning, and performance automotive services in Malaysia. All work is performed at our facility or as agreed with the customer.

3. Liability & Warranty

• Facijo provides services "as is" with no warranties beyond industry standards
• Facijo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided
• Customer assumes all risks associated with vehicle modification and performance enhancements

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. We accept bank transfers and cash payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may incur a 50% charge.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is collected for service provision only and will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Facijo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vehicle damage due to improper use post-service.

8. Changes to Terms

Facijo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
